Alina Reyzelman was born on May 21st, 1979 in Eastern Siberia, Russia. At the age of seventeen, she was accepted into a student exchange program in the United States, where she later received a degree in business administration from Eastern Oklahoma University. After returning to Russia in 2000, Alina embarked on a career in the energy industry.
For the past 18 years, Alina has worked for large international firms such as TNK-BP, Shell, and Wood Mackenzie, where she has assumed senior roles and leadership positions in business development, marketing, and strategic planning. Alina holds master’s degree in Economics and Investment from Moscow University. She is currently working on her PhD at the University of London.
During her eleven-year career at Wood Mackenzie, Alina was head of the company’s Russian and CIS Branch, where she was able to build a successful business from scratch, organize an efficient office, and establish cooperation with key market players. She raised the firm’s business relationship with strategic clients such as Gazprom and Rosneft to new heights. In her position, Alina was responsible for strategic planning, business development, operational leadership, and providing support for colleagues in Europe, the Middle East and Africa that were engaged in complex commercial proposals. As a member regional leadership team, she actively participated in the company's internal product-improvement projects. Alina was equally involved in preparing the company for an IPO and exercised her skills to help integrate companies after mergers and acquisitions. Alina was also coaching her peers and colleagues. To this end, she completed two top-tier coaching programs: Future Engage Deliver (UK), and Extraordinary Coach (USA).
Alina is actively engaged in charitable work and the creative arts, especially film-making and writing screenplays. She is also the author of Aphrodite's Diet, health & wellness activist, mother, and wife.
Marina is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the company’s business functions. She plans and implements long-term business strategies meant to help the company reach its objectives and seeks opportunities that improve efficiency and accelerate processes across the business.
Prior to joining ARLI Global, Marina worked in finance and strategic planning. Employed by the Russian National Railroad Enterprise and its subsidiaries, she dealt with project financing and served as a financial specialist and expert in strategy and budgeting.
At ARLI Global, Tatiana is responsible for business processes and planning, logistics, and project implementation. Tatiana has over 12 years of experience in project management, IT, marketing, and office operations.

Maria, a psychologist, has over 15 years of experience working in HR and recruitment at medium-sized businesses.
Elena is responsible for sales and marketing as well as account management. She has extensive experience in investor relations, contract management, marketing, and sales. She has been working as a legal advisor and business development manager in the financial sector for eight years.
