During her eleven-year career at Wood Mackenzie, Alina was head of the company’s Russian and CIS Branch, where she was able to build a successful business from scratch, organize an efficient office, and establish cooperation with key market players. She raised the firm’s business relationship with strategic clients such as Gazprom and Rosneft to new heights. In her position, Alina was responsible for strategic planning, business development, operational leadership, and providing support for colleagues in Europe, the Middle East and Africa that were engaged in complex commercial proposals. As a member regional leadership team, she actively participated in the company's internal product-improvement projects. Alina was equally involved in preparing the company for an IPO and exercised her skills to help integrate companies after mergers and acquisitions. Alina was also coaching her peers and colleagues. To this end, she completed two top-tier coaching programs: Future Engage Deliver (UK), and Extraordinary Coach (USA).
Alina is actively engaged in charitable work and the creative arts, especially film-making and writing screenplays. She is also the author of Aphrodite's Diet, health & wellness activist, mother, and wife.
